Creating a full library of yoga poses in one shoot day takes vision, energy and a deep respect for the practice. That’s what we achieved with Journey Into, a beautifully crafted app designed to guide yoga students in building a consistent, inspired home practice with their favourite teachers. In one seamless day, I captured over 100 clearly lit, editorial-grade yoga pose images, each one thoughtfully styled, aligned, and directed to work as a visual reference for digital use.

This shoot was as joyful as it was productive. The talented teaching team were pure fire, focused, energised and totally in their flow. We shared real laughs, moved as one, and created a shoot rhythm that made the work feel effortless. This kind of collaboration is where I thrive. I bring two decades of lived yoga experience to my photography, which allows me to spot alignment, understand breath, and frame each posture not just for aesthetics but for its truth.
