Working with Complete Yoga Studio in Putney was like stepping into a warm embrace. This brand shoot honoured their inclusive, body aware, heart led approach to teaching, so I photographed the pulse of the studio in action rather than staged moments: morning breath work, teacher training circles and the mindful movement practice that runs through everything they do.
Decades of my own yoga experience is what let me show the subtle truths of practice, the quiet strength of stillness, the soft intensity of a shared breath, the laughter that breaks out in between. It is not about perfection, it is about presence, which is exactly the philosophy the studio itself teaches, that yoga is a life skill built on far more than the postures. The resulting images work across their website, teacher trainings and future campaigns, real, breathing moments rather than anything posed.
