This assignment with Metro Bank and the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) was all about capturing a movement: the rise of women in cricket coaching and the confidence that gives young girls to believe in their own place in the game. What struck me most on the day was the buzz of excitement. The girls weren’t just taking part, they knew this moment mattered. They knew they were being seen, heard, and celebrated. My role? To make them feel at ease, to let their joy and ambition shine through naturally. I wasn’t just photographing a brand partnership, I was capturing the next generation of change makers.
