There's something deeply grounding about photographing someone who lives and breathes their practice. With Claire Missingham, the camera met a lifetime of devotion, a spiritual teacher rooted in tradition and moving forward with fierce feminine integrity. Claire's story is rare, a path of study with some of the world's most respected masters, and decades spent evolving a yoga method that's not only physically profound but spiritually intelligent. This shoot wasn't about surface level aesthetics. It was about translating that lived experience into images: the quiet confidence, the compassion, the lineage held in the way she moves, teaches and guides.
As a yoga photographer, I'm not just snapping pictures, I'm holding space. Listening. Feeling into what makes someone's work powerful and real. Using soft light, natural movement and a deep respect for stillness, we built a library of imagery that feels as devotional and grounded as her practice, reflecting the full spectrum of Claire's offering: teacher trainings, retreats, personal brand and her legacy in modern yoga education.
