This shoot with Jean Hall was more than a brand photography session, it was a co-creative ritual, born from twenty-five years of friendship, practice and shared evolution. Jean and I first met when I was a student and she was my yoga teacher, and that bond shaped not only the images but the energy behind the lens. Ancient henna markings were used to symbolise the timeless roots of yoga, a visual link to tradition and ritual.
Every gesture and every breath led pose was shaped from Jean's own inner world, her own body's wisdom, not directed from behind the camera. That's how I like to work: brand photography as a process of honouring who you are, not content creation for its own sake. Nothing here was forced, and it shows. This is imagery Jean has used widely to promote her workshops and teacher trainings across the UK, and what stands out isn't just the visuals, it's the feeling.
