Visually Driven Stories Built
for Global-Scale Campaigns

Red Bull Half Court isn’t just a tournament, it’s a pulse of global street ball culture. For this campaign, I was commissioned to shoot the key visuals that launched the tournament worldwide. Every frame was captured in a studio in South West London, but the energy needed to feel like courts across 25 countries, fast, fluid, and fierce. Working closely with the client, agency, and art director, we built a visual language to match the spirit of the game. These weren’t just static portraits. The athletes were mid-air, fully alive in motion. Each movement was choreographed with purpose to be seamlessly integrated into dynamic artwork later in post. That required precision lighting, a deep understanding of the final artwork, and most importantly, timing. Timing the moment before the jump hits its peak. The torque in a twist. That real intensity in the eyes.

What fuels my photography is the pursuit of something real, even in a studio. Authenticity isn’t found in just the action; it’s in the preparation, the trust built on set, and the understanding of what makes an image emotionally hit. I shoot sports because it moves me. Every assignment, whether global in scale or rooted in local culture, gets the same focus: honest, high-performance visuals that communicate feeling, purpose, and power. If you’re looking to tell a bold sports story that reflects who your athletes and your audience really are, I’d love to hear what you’ve got in mind.
