I’m a commercial London yoga photographer and a photographer who practices yoga and that lived experience changes what I notice. I found yoga at 19 during illness (achalasia). Iyengar gave me structure, safety and trust in my body, and I’ve returned to it through recovery, menopause, and years of listening more deeply.
