Rugby World Cup ‘Where we belong’ Launch

On a bright Saturday in Brighton, I had the privilege of photographing the launch of ‘Where We Belong’ a powerful campaign unveiled at the very top of the i360. The event also marked the Women’s Rugby World Cup and UK Sport’s joint pledge to drive greater inclusion across the British sports industry.

The day brought together inspiring voices including Minister for Sport Stephanie Peacock, World Rugby’s Sarah Massey and Sally Horrox, who shared their ambitions for the tournament and its lasting legacy. A standout panel featuring Jenny Mitton, Aimee Bywater-Lutman, Esther Britten MBE, Vicks Hayward-Melen and Viveen Taylor left the room buzzing, with thought-provoking insights on championing women and opening doors for underrepresented groups.

It was an honour to capture the energy of such a milestone moment, part of my wider journey documenting the Women’s Rugby World Cup and its impact on and off the pitch.
